Actividad Física y Ejercicio
Investigación I corte:
Pregunta problema :
Bilinguismo :
1. Aptitud
física: Fitness
Phesycal activity that is done
repetitively with the aim of improving our physical appearance and allow us to
have better mentality at the psychological level, we take into account the food
and monitor health.
2. Tensión
arterial: Blood pressure
The pressure exerted by the blood
against the wall of the arteries also breaks down as the normal resistance of
the blood vessels to the blood of the blood.
3. Gasto
cardiaco: Cardiac output
Is the volume of blood expelled by a
ventricle in one minute and allows to determine the ventricular function.
4. Anamnesis:
Anamnesis
Is the cineanthropometric evaluation
that allows the measurement of the human body in function.
5. Peso:
Weight
Is the mass of the body in
kilograms, a measure of gravitational lforce acting on an object.
6. Prueba de esfuerzo-Effort test:
An exercise stress test is a common test
that doctors use to diagnose coronary artery disease. The test helps doctors
see how the heart performs during exercise.
7. Fuerza muscular-Muscular strength:
Is the ability of a muscle or group of
muscles to exert tension against a load during muscle contraction.
8. Ritmo cardíaco-Heart rate:
It's one of the "vital signs" or
important indicators of health in the human body. Measure the number of times
per minute that the heart contracts or beats.

10. Ejercicio-Exercise
Physical exercise is any physical activity
that improves and maintains the physical fitness, health and well-being of the
person.
Physical activity allows us to perform
different exercises in order to know our physical condition and also know the
tests in which our body exerts a force during the required activity, the
exercise also allows us to know how the heart rate responds to a stimulus in
front of to an activity required for the body, the exercise in people with
hypertension improves their health status, their physical conditioning
preventing heart disease.
The stress test is a common study that
allows the use and diagnosis of chronic arterial disease,
physical exercise is known as any
voluntary movement performed by muscles that expend extra energy, it has to be
a planned activity, structure and repetitive to maintain and improve our
physical appearance.
Fitness
is defined as a state of physical health and well-being that allows you to lead
a healthy life based on exercise and a healthy diet. It is important to take
good control of this to avoid diseases such as hypertension associated with the
pressure exerted by the blood to the walls of the aftermath and allows blood to
circulate through the blood vessels and make a good contribution of oxygen and
nutrients to all the organs, the cardiac output is known as the final result of
all the mechanisms that allow to determine the ventricular function, in this we
find related the weight that is the one that allows us to see if a person is
with problems is obsessed or on the contrary is very low in weight, so we can
see how we can transcribe exercise for someone taking into account different
physical and physiological characteristics.
